How we respond

We review the source, distinguish factual errors from differences of opinion, and update material inaccuracies when warranted. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note. Substantive changes that affect a recommendation, safety statement, or conclusion should be disclosed on the affected page.
